Faletti's Residences is a serviced apart-hotel on Main Sir Syed Ahmed Khan Road, Block B, Top City-1, Islamabad, close to the M-1/M-2 motorway interchange and a short drive from Islamabad International Airport. Carrying the heritage Faletti's name and operated by IHMS, it caters to both short stays and extended stays.

The property pairs hotel-style hospitality with residential comfort: spacious Premier and Executive suites with separate sitting areas, an in-house restaurant (Cafe de Brando), and complimentary Wi-Fi and parking. Its location on the western edge of Islamabad makes it a convenient base for guests arriving via the airport or motorway.

The above apartment rates are subject to applicable government taxes, which are sixteen percent (16%) per apartment per night. Our check-in time is 1400 Hrs. In case the arrival is after 1800 Hrs, apartments will be subject to availability unless guaranteed, if check-in before 08:00 Hrs previous night will be charged. Our check out time is 12:00 Noon and please note that fifty percent (50%) of the apartment rent will be charged in case of late check-out from 12:00 noon to 18:00 Hrs. After 18:00 Hrs a full night apartment rent will be charged. All non-guaranteed reservations will be held on a tentative basis, subject to availability unless guaranteed by a valid credit card/ company letter or an advance deposit.. Confirmed reservations must be canceled/amended at least 72 hours prior to arrival in order to avoid one-night NO-SHOW or CANCELLATION charges. Cancellations should be forwarded in writing to our office. In the case of a no-show, the first night will be charged 100% upon agreed rates.
