Gumaan Resort is a mountain retreat in Skardu, the gateway to Gilgit-Baltistan's celebrated peaks and valleys. Located on the Main Deosai Road opposite the WAPDA office, the resort offers a peaceful setting with easy access to the region's most sought-after destinations, including Satpara Lake, the Deosai National Park, Shigar Fort, and the Upper Kachura and Shangrila lakes, making it an ideal base for travellers exploring northern Pakistan.

10% services charges are applicable on Restaurant. Check-in time is 1400 hrs; early arrival subject to availability. Before 0800 hrs, previous night is charged. Check-out time is 1200 noon. 50% rent charged for check-out after 1200 to 1800 hrs; full rent after 1800 hrs. All non-guaranteed reservations are tentative unless guaranteed by credit card, letter, or deposit. 72 hours cancellation notice required. Otherwise, one night’s NO-SHOW/CANCELLATION charge applies. In case of query, please contact the Reservation Department. Buffet breakfast is complimentary from 07:30am to 10:00am. Extra Occupancy will charged separately. The date change will be subject to availability in next days. For any personal emergency with in last 15 days prior to check in, amount will not be refunded and can be utilized within 12 months (Fiscal Year). In case of flight cancellation or road closure due to landslide, full amount can be utilized within 12 months (Fiscal year) but no refunds. A 5% Levy Tax is applicable on room rent (room nights) only. It is not applicable to restaurant, POS, or other services.
