The above Room Rates are subject to applicable Government Taxes which are 16% per room per night. Our check-in time is 1400 hrs. In-case arrival is before 1400 hrs and after 1600 hrs, room will be subject to availability unless guaranteed. If check-in before 0800 hrs, previous night will be charged. Our check-out time is 1200 noon and please note that 50% of room rent will be charged in case of late checkout from 1200 noon to 1800 hrs. After 1800 hrs full night room rent will be charged. All non-guaranteed reservations will be held on a tentative basis, subject to availability unless guaranteed by valid credit card / company letter or advance deposit. Confirmed reservations must be cancelled / amended at least 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid one night NO-SHOW or CANCELLATION charges. Cancellations should be forwarded in writing to our office. In case of no-show, the first night 100% will be charged on agreed rates. In case of any query, please contact our Reservation Department. Reservations are not considered guaranteed until Humming Bird Resort & Executive Suites receives and accepts your signed agreement, required deposit and full payment. Minimum Age for check in is 18 Years as per Government Rules. Deposit for incidentals Rs 5000 is required upon check in. Standard time of check in at Humming Bird Resort and Executive Suites is 1400 HRS whereas the checkout will be at 1200HRS. Early check in and late checkout will be subject to availability and extra charges will be applied. Guest is responsible for wear & tear and any damages done to the property during the stay. Humming Bird Resort & Executive Suites has the right to charge the credit card/ deposit on file related to the wear & tear and damages and not limited to the security deposit amount. Food supplies from outside caterers and cooking inside the room is prohibited. If Guest checks out on the same date of arrival, full room rent of first night will be charged. Humming Bird Resort & Executive Suites holds no responsibility of any loss or damage of any valuable and or any personal belongings during the guest`s stay. Room keys must be submitted at the Front Desk at the time of check out. Maximum number of occupancy according to room type as described upon check in should not exceed prior to the approval of the Hotel. Humming Bird Resort & Executive Suites shall not be liable or deemed for any failure to perform or delay in performing any of its obligations due to any act not within its control, including, without limitations, acts of God. As per Government of Pakistan Use of Alcohol/Liquor/ Drugs/ Sheesha is prohibited and if found Hotel Management has right to involve law making agencies and claim the damage/compensation in any court of law under the jurisdiction of Government of Pakistan.
