Check-out time is 1200 noon. 50% rent charged for check-out after 1200 to 1800 hrs; full rent after 1800 hrs. All non-guaranteed reservations are tentative unless guaranteed by credit card, letter, or deposit. 72 hours cancellation notice required. Otherwise, one night’s NO-SHOW/CANCELLATION charge applies.
